摘要
目的:分析我院门诊患者盐酸倍他司汀注射液的使用情况并评价其合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院门诊2020年7月-2021年2月使用该药的处方信息,分别对患者的性别、年龄、临床诊断、用法用量等数据进行统计,根据药品说明书及相关文献资料分析其用药合理性。结果:共计1246例患者使用盐酸倍他司汀注射液,男性463例(37.16%),女性783例(62.84%);患者年龄28~92岁,≥60岁患者1166例(93.58%);患者给药途径均为静脉滴注,最大日剂量为30 mg。共400例患者存在不合理用药现象,其中混合配伍370例(92.50%),遴选药品不适宜28例(7.00%),超适应证用药1例(0.25%),溶媒不适宜1例(0.25%)。4例(0.32%)患者出现药品不良反应。结论:该药在门诊使用中仍存在不合理用药现象,有必要进行实时干预以确保患者用药安全有效。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the application of betahistine hydrochloride injection in outpatients of our hospital,in order to provide references for rational drug use.Methods:Data of outpatients using betahistine injection in our outpatient from July 2020 to February 2021 was collected and analyzed in terms of gender,age,clinical diagnosis of outpatients,usage and dosage of the drug.The rationality of drug use was evaluated according to drug instruction and related literature.Results:A total of 1246 outpatients received betahistine hydrochloride injection including 463 males(37.16%)and 783 females(62.84%).Patients were aged from 28 to 92 years old and 1166 outpatients(93.58%)were equal and over 60 years old.All the outpatients received betahistine hydrochloride injection through intravenous drip with a maximum daily dose of 30 mg.There were a total of 400 cases of irrational drug use including 370 cases(92.50%)of mixed compatibility,28 cases(7.00%)of inappropriate drugs,1 case(0.25%)of off-label use,1 case(0.25%)of inappropriate solvent.4 cases(0.32%)suffered from adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:There was irrational drug use of betahistine hydrochloride injection in outpatients of our hospital,which should be intervened in realtime to ensure the safety and effective drug use of the patients.
