摘要
药物评价是促进临床合理用药、有效控制医药费用的重要手段,本文通过检索国内外相关数据库,查阅药物评价相关研究文献,从药物评价的概念及意义、药物评价常用方法、药物评价发展重点及趋势三个层面进行综述。探讨在临床实际运用过程中,借鉴国内外相关领域研究,借助结合信息化技术和人工智能手段的自动监测,围绕电子医疗信息数据进行深度挖掘,高效精准的开展大样本真实世界药物评价研究,为药政监管部门和临床决策提供更有价值的可靠数据,更好的促进临床合理用药、保障患者用药安全有效。
Drug evaluation is an important mean to promote rational clinical use of drugs and effectively control the cost of medicine.This paper reviews the concept and significance of drug evaluation,the commonly used methods of drug evaluation and the key development directions of drug evaluation by retrospective research methods,searching relevant databases at home and abroad and consulting relevant research literature on drug evaluation.To explore the application of information technology and artificial intelligence in clinical practice,data mining of electronic medical information should be extensively carried out to comprehensively improve the level of the real-world drug evaluation research,so as to provide more valuable and reliable data for drug administration supervision departments and clinical decision-making,promote rational drug use in clinical practice and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in patients.
