摘要
近年来,我国智慧工地市场规模稳步上升,但当前智慧工地存在集成程度不足、态势预测欠缺、兼容采集欠缺、模块整合不足等普遍问题,导致了工地管理难度大、成本高、专业化欠缺,既增加企业负担,又不能有效改善传统工地弊端的尴尬局面.针对现有问题提出解决方案,一是全面集成的BIM云平台技术、二是智能可靠的安全评估技术、三是高效兼容的采集传输技术、四是参数耦合的模块分析技术,实现资源整合、实时进行安全态势预测、降低硬件设备成本、工地各模块间紧密联系又相对独立,使得智慧工地在方案设计、软硬件开发、现场安装、维护调试等方面实现新的突破.
In recent years,the scale of smart site market has increased steadily.However,there are some general problems such as insufficient integration degree,lack of situation prediction,lack of compatible collection,and insufficient module integration in smart site,leading to difficult site management,high cost,and lack of specialization,which increase the burden of enterprises and cannot effectively improve the embarrassing situation of traditional site shortcomings.Solutions to existing problems are proposed,including a fully integrated BIM cloud platform technology,an intelligent and reliable security assessment technology,an efficient and compatible collection and transmission technology,and a parametric coupled module analysis technology to achieve resource integration,real-time security situation prediction,reduced hardware cost,and close connection and relative independence between site modules.It makes the smart site achieve new breakthroughs in scheme design,software and hardware development,site installation,maintenance,and debugging.
