GC-MS分析艾纳香叶超临界提取物中的挥发性成分 被引量:3

GC-MS analysis of volatile components in the leaves of Blumea balsamifera extracted by supercritical extraction

摘要 目的采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析超临界萃取法提取的艾纳香叶中的挥发性成分。方法采用CO_(2)超临界萃取技术提取艾纳香叶中的挥发性成分,并采用GC-MS技术分析鉴定其化学成分,通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果从艾纳香叶CO_(2)超临界提取物中共分离出119个化学成分,鉴定出78种成分,占艾纳香叶CO_(2)超临界提取物中挥发性成分总量的87.02%,主要包括5种萜类衍生物(31.90%)、44种脂肪族化合物(18.58%)、10种芳香族化合物(18.50%)、12种含氮化合物(14.54%)及部分其它成分。结论CO_(2)超临界萃取是一种新型的中药提取技术,日益广泛地应用于挥发性成分的提取工艺中,本研究采用GC-MS技术对艾纳香叶CO_(2)超临界提取物中的化学成分进行了分析,可以为今后艾纳香叶化学成分的提取及应用提供参考。 Objective Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze the volatile components in the leaves of Blumea balsamifera extracted by supercritical extraction.Methods The volatile components were extracted by CO_(2)supercritical extraction technology and identified by GC-MS.The relative contents of each component were calculated by peak area normalization method.Results A total of 119 chemical components were isolated and 78 components were identified from CO_(2)supercritical extraction of B.balsamifera leaves,accounting for 87.02%of the total volatile components.There were 5 terpenoid derivatives(31.90%),44 aliphatic compounds(18.58%),10 aromatic compounds(18.50%),12 nitrogenous compounds(14.54%)and some other compounds.Conclusion CO_(2)Supercritical extraction is a new extraction technology of Traditional Chinese medicine,which is increasingly widely used in the extraction process of volatile components.In this study,GC-MS technology was used to analyze the chemical components in CO_(2)supercritical extraction from the leaves of B.balsamifera,which can provide reference for the extraction and application of chemical components in the leaves of B.balsamifera in the future.
