摘要
目的:对蒙药五味沙棘散进行方解分析、基原考证、临床应用,为该药物的更深层次研究与利用提供科学依据。方法:利用文献考证法对蒙药五味沙棘散的基原考证、方解分析、临床应用、质量标准、工艺研究、药理作用进行综述。结果:蒙药五味沙棘散出自《医海法鉴》,属传统蒙药剂型。该方是由沙棘(30 g),木香(25g)、栀子(10 g)、甘草(15 g)、白葡萄干(20 g),共研细末,混匀组成的散剂。在临床应用过程中,对于寒证、热证疾病用药方式有所不同而出现单味药在处方中的出入药量有所改变。用于治疗肺部陈热、伏热、搏热、肺脓肿、慢性咳喘病等。结论:蒙药五味沙棘散对呼吸系统疾病疗效显著,具有探索研究价值。
Objective:The prescription analysis,original textual research and clinical application of Mongolian medicine Wuwei Shaji San provide scientific basis for further research and utilization of the drug.Methods:The literature research method is used to review the original research,prescription analysis,clinical application,quality standards,process research and pharmacological effects of the Mongolian medicine Wuwei Shaji San.Results:Wuwei Shaji San,a traditional Mongolian medicine,is derived from《YiJingFaHai》.The powder consists of Sha Ji(30 g),Mu Xiang(25 g),Zhi Zi(10 g),GanCao(15 g),BaiPuTaoGan(20 g),finely studied and mixed.In the process of clinical application,the medication mode of cold and fever diseases is different,and the amount of single taste drugs in the prescription has changed.It has the treatment of lung aging heat,volt heat,pulse heat,lung abscess,chronic cough and asthma and other diseases.Conclusion:The Mongolian medicine Wuwei Shaji San has significant curative effect on respiratory diseases,and is of exploration and research value.
