摘要
基于对A校1192名本科生的追踪调查数据和质性访谈资料,采用混合研究方法,深入分析放宽专业转出限制政策实施后A校学生的专业转换过程,研究发现:转专业政策改革存在“开门不拆槛”的现象——虽然转专业政策的放宽为学生转出敞开了“大门”,但由于招生人数的限制,转入院系通过设置成绩“门槛”对申请转入的学生进行筛选;加上政策变化的感知冲突,在政策放宽不彻底的情况下,学生会在转与不转之间进行理性的利弊权衡;考虑到转成后的三重忧虑和失败后的沉没成本,这些学生最终选择放弃申请转专业。为此应增加转专业政策的宣传工作,提高学生的政策感知度;转专业的考核方式也应尽量多元化,并建立对学生的学业支持体系。
Based on the follow-up survey data and qualitative interview data of 1192 undergraduates in University A,blended methodology is adopted to analyze the process of changing majors after implementing the less restrictive policy on transferring out of the major the students are studying in University A.It is found that due to incomplete policy liberalization,score screening,and differences in department attitudes,students will weigh the pros and cons between transfer and non-transfer.Considering the triple worries after conversion and the sunk cost after failure,they finally choose to give up applying for a major change.It is suggested to increase the publicity of the transfer policy and improve students'policy perception.In addition,the assessment methods for changing majors should be diversified,and an academic support system for students should be established.
