摘要
以野生郁金香为试材,采用响应面法优化了超声波辅助提取总黄酮工艺参数,通过体外活性实验研究了提取物的抗氧化生物活性.结果表明:野生郁金香总黄酮的最佳提取工艺是乙醇体积分数为55%,提取时间为28 min,超声功率为400 W,在此条件下,野生郁金香总黄酮提取率为3.75%.在考察的浓度范围内,提取物对DPPH•、ABTS^(+)•、NO_(2)^(-)清除率最高分别达到91.72%、99.69%、84.44%.综上所述,野生郁金香具有较好的体外抗氧化效果.
Using Wild Tulip as experimental material,the technological parameters of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids were optimized by response surface method,and the antioxidant activities of the extract were studied by in vitro activity experiment.The results showed that the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Wild Tulips was that the volume fraction of ethanol was 55%,the extraction time was 28 min,and the ultrasonic power was 400 W,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Wild Tulip was 3.75%under these conditions.The total flavonoids in Wild Tulip had high antioxidant capacity,reaching 91.72%,99.69%and 84.44%for DPPH·,ABTS^(+)·and NO_(2)^(-)scavenging capacity at the set maximum concentration.In conclusion,Wild Tulip has good antioxidant ability.
