基于稀释方法的储油库非甲烷总烃在线监测技术方案的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着《“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标建议》的发布,我国VOCs治理进入更深更广的领域,其中储油库领域也即将大范围开展VOCs排放监测。但是,储油库油气回收装置的VOCs排放监测考核标准是去除效率,所以又面临着需要测量油气回收装置入口的超高浓度危险气体的需求,原有挥发性有机物在线监测系统及色谱分析仪都无法满足要求。平台稀释法技术方案能够有效地解决储油库油气回收领域的VOCs监测的技术难点,通过在平台将样气稀释的方法,将超高浓度样气稀释至爆炸下限以下,且有效地降低该工艺中样气监测对色谱分析仪的技术要求,使常规气相色谱仪能够适用于以上领域。 With the release of“the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035”,China’s VOCs governance has entered deeper and wider field,and the monitoring of VOCs in the field of oil storage will also be carried out on a large scale.The evaluation standard of VOCs emission monitoring for the oil and gas recovery device in the oil storage depot is removal efficiency,so it need to measure the ultrahigh concentration of dangerous gases at the entrance of the oil and gas recovery device.The auld VOCs online monitoring system and GC analyzer cannot fulfil the requirements.However,the platform dilution method technical solution can effectively solve the technical difficulties of VOCs monitoring in the field of oil and gas recovery in oil storage depots.By diluting the sample gas on the platform,the ultra-high concentration sample gas is diluted below the lower explosion limit.It can effectively reduce the technical requirements of the sample gas monitoring for the GC analyzer in this process,so that conventional GC can be applied to the above fields.
