摘要
在成品油储油库中,现场生产区域存在设备老化、金属锈蚀等多种问题,“三违”现象也时有发生,安全生产存在较大风险。为进一步落实安全生产责任制、削减安全生产风险,吸取城市网格化管理优点,对油库现场区域实行网格化管理,并建立相匹配的管理制度和风险预警机制,通过不断加强现场管理、消除不安全因素,实现油库的安全平稳运行。网格化管理实践对危险化学品企业具有一定的参考价值。
In the product oil depot,there are many problems such as equipment aging,metal corrosion and so on in the on-site production areas.The phenomenon of three violations(refers to three violation behaviors covering violation of rules and regulations in production command,violation of work rules,violation of labor disciplines)also occurs from time to time,and keeping work safety faces high risk.In order to further implement the work safety responsibility system,reduce production safety risks,this paper absorbs the advantages of urban gridding management to implement gridding management in the oil depot,and establishes a matching management system and risk early-warning mechanism.By continuously strengthening the site management and eliminating unsafe factors,the safe and stable operation of the oil depot is realized,which provides a reference for hazardous chemical enterprises.
