摘要
为全面提升高等级公路作业质量,要整合具体技术内容,搭建更加完整的高等级公路施工作业平台,相较于普通公路工程,高等级公路对作业要求和作业规范性会提出更高标准,在摊铺工艺操作中要着重关注工艺的选择及技术工序的落实情况。基于此,文章在分析高等级公路摊铺技术工艺特点的基础上,结合某高速公路项目分析高等级公路摊铺技术的应用,从摊铺技术准备工作、结构参数调整、摊铺作业实际操作、碾压处理、养护处理等多方面保证技术应用管理的规范性,并提出高等级公路摊铺技术工艺的注意事项与优化建议,以期促进高等级公路摊铺技术工艺水平的全面进步,实现经济效益和安全效益的和谐统一。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of high-grade highway operation, it is necessary to integrate specific technical contents and build a more complete high-grade highway construction operation platform. Compared with ordinary highway engineering, high-grade highways will put forward higher standards for operation requirements and operation standardization. In the operation of paving technology, it is necessary to focus on the selection of technology and the implementation of technical procedures.Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the technical characteristics of high-grade highway paving technology,this paper analyzes the application of high-grade highway paving technology in combination with an expressway project, guarantees the standardization of technology application management from the aspects of paving technology preparation, structural parameter adjustment,actual paving operation, rolling treatment, maintenance treatment, etc., and puts forward the precautions and optimization suggestions of high-grade highway paving technology, in order to promote the comprehensive progress of high-grade highway paving technology level, and realize the harmonious unity of economic and safety benefits.
