摘要
利用滑模摊铺技术对某隧道水泥混凝土路面进行施工,文中分析了滑模摊铺机的结构组成及工作原理,总结了布料、摊铺、振捣、整平、连接筋安装等施工过程中的关键方法与注意事项,对工后的效果进行检验,试验结果满足设计和规范要求,提高了工作效率,改善了混凝土路面的平整度,对以后滑模摊铺技术的推广和应用提供了借鉴和参考。
Based on the construction of cement concrete pavement in Jinhua Tunnel of Longhuai High Speed by sliding form paving technology, the structure composition and working principle of sliding form paver are analyzed, and the key methods and matters needing attention in the construction process of cloth, paving, vibration, leveling and installation of connecting bars are summarized. The effect after construction is checked and the test results are concluded. It meets the requirements of design specifications, improves the work efficiency, improves the smoothness of concrete pavement, and provides reference for the promotion and application of the future synovial paving technology.
