摘要
                
                    目的由于三七对生长环境要求较高且种植连作障碍严重,高品质三七在市场上供不应求现象时常发生,本文利用代谢组学的方法分析不同栽培模式下三七的代谢物质差异,为进一步提高三七的生长品质提供理论依据。方法以云南生物有机肥三七与CK对照组为研究对象,使用超高效液相色谱和串联质谱相结合的方法,对比施肥影响林下三七次生代谢产物含量的差异。结果两组三七样品中共检测到萜类差异代谢物11种,上调5种,下调6种。包括6种三萜皂苷、3种三萜、倍半萜和倍萜各一种,其中三萜皂苷占比最高,约54.5%。结论生物有机肥的三七品质优于未施肥对照组,其中的齐墩果酸、赤豆皂苷I*、人参皂苷Ro等显著上调,五加科中药三七中首次检测到人参皂苷Ro,这些差异代谢物是三七主要活性成分,本研究为种植高品质三七提供了一种有效的途径。
                
                Objective Panax notoginseng has high requirements on the growth environment and serious continuous cropping obstacles,High-quality P.ginseng(Panax notoginseng)is always in short supply.In this paper,the metabolomics method was used to analyze the differences of metabolites of P.ginseng with different cultivation modes,so as to provide theoretical basis for further improving the growth quality of P.ginseng.Methods The differences of secondary metabolites in P.ginseng under fertilization were compared by UPLC-MS methods.Results A total of 11 kinds of terpenoid metabolites which includes 6 kinds of triterpenoid saponin,3 kinds of triterpenoid,1 kind of sesquiterpenoid and 1 kind of sesquiterpene were observed in P.ginseng samples;Among those terpenoid metabolites,5 kinds of them were up-regulated and the left 6 kinds were down-regulated while the triterpenoid saponins reached the highest proportion of about 54.5%.Conclusion The quality of P.ginseng dealt with biological organic fertilizer shows better performance than that of control group(CK),in which the contents of oleanolic acid,Azukisaponin I*and Ginsenosides Ro are higher than control group.Ginsenoside Ro is detected in P.ginseng for the first time,which enhances the quality of P.ginseng.The results of this paper provide a scientific basis to produce of high-quality P.ginseng,which provides an effective way for planting high quality P.ginseng.
