摘要
本文采用UPLC-MS/MS法建立了一种同时检验乳制品中3种内源性雌激素及其代谢产物含量的方法。结果表明,3种内源性雌激素及其衍生物在5~500 ng·mL^(-1)线性良好,相关系数(R2)均≥0.990,检出限为0.5~1.0 ng·mL^(-1),定量限为1.5~3.0 ng·mL^(-1)。该方法简单、便捷、快速,适合乳制品中内源性雌激素及其代谢物含量的检测。
A UPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of three endogenous estrogens and their metabolites in dairy products.The results showed that the linearity of the three endogenous estrogens and their derivatives was good in the range of 5~500 ng·mL^(-1).The correlation coefficient(R2)≥0.990,the detection limit was 0.5~1.0 ng·mL^(-1),and the quantitative limit was 1.5~3.0 ng·mL^(-1).The method is simple,convenient and rapid,and is suitable for the determination of endogenous estrogens and their metabolites in dairy products.
