摘要
分析了脑梗死护理中实施早期康复护理模式的综合应用效果,以促进脑梗死患者早期康复。从保定市徐水区人民医院2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治并使用不同方法护理的脑梗死患者中随机选择72例纳入研究,并将其分为两组。对照组36例患者应用常规护理,观察组36例患者应用早期康复护理模式,通过统计学软件SPSS21.0分析护理资料数据结果。在治疗总有效率、护理指标、护理后NIHSS评分、患者护理服务满意率、护理后生活能力评分以及相关并发症发生方面,观察组较对照组的不同参数均优势明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,早期康复护理模式对患者治疗效果、康复效果更有利,有较好的借鉴价值,建议在脑梗死患者护理中进行应用。
The comprehensive application effect of early rehabilitation nursing model in cerebral infarction nursing was analyzed to promote early rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.From February 2021 to February 2022,72 patients with cerebral infarction who were received by the People’s Hospital ofXushui and received different nursing methods were randomly selected for inclusion in the study.Among them,36 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while 36 patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing mode.The nursing data and results were analyzed using statistical software SPSS21.0.In terms of total effective rate of treatment,nursing indicators,NIHSS score after nursing,patient satisfaction rate of nursing service,life ability score after nursing,and related complications,the observation group had significant advantages over the control group in different parameters(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The study found that the early rehabilitation nursing model is more beneficial to the treatment and rehabilitation effects of patients,and has good reference value.It is recommended to apply it to the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.
