国外对中国共产党全球治理理念影响力的多维解读被引量：1

摘要新时代中国共产党面对“世界之问”“时代之问”积极贡献中国智慧和中国方案,逐步从全球治理体系的参与者、建设者走向引领者。中国共产党全球治理理念影响力获得国外高度赞誉。国外高度关注中国共产党谋求全球治理理念影响力的原因、全球治理理念影响力的维度及其特征,相关研究发现,新时代中国共产党以大国大党之责谋求全球治理理念的影响力既是化解全球性危机的主动担当,又是构建良好国际形象提升国际话语权的现实需要。在全球治理理念影响力的维度认知上,国外研究认为中国共产党以全人类共同价值凝聚全球共识、以新型文明观超越文明优越和文明冲突、以道路多元自主丰富现代化模式。在中国共产党全球治理理念影响力的特征认知上,国外研究强调中华优秀传统文化彰显全球治理理念影响力的基因底色,中国卓越发展成就筑牢全球治理理念影响力的认同基础,中国共产党胸怀天下的政党担当赋予全球治理理念影响力以动力。 Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has offered Chinese wisdom as a solution to the challenges posed by the times and the world.Gradual⁃ly,the CPC has shifted from being a participant and contributor to becoming a leading force in the global gov⁃ernance system.The influence of the CPC’s global governance ideas has received high praise abroad,and for⁃eign studies are closely examining the causes of its formation,dimensions,and characteristics.In the new era,the CPC has assumed the mission and responsibility of a great power and a great party.Seeking a strong influ⁃ence through global governance ideas is not only a proactive role in resolving global crises,but also a practical need to build a positive international image and amplify China’s voice in international affairs.The CPC has es⁃tablished a broad consensus on the common values of humanity,transcended the superiority of civilizations and the clash of civilizations with a new concept of civilization,and enriched the modernization model with a plu⁃ralistic and autonomous approach.Regarding the characteristics of the CPC’s global governance ideas,foreign studies emphasize that the influence is underpinned by China’s excellent traditional culture,built on China’s outstanding development achievements,and empowered by the Party’s commitment to the world.
