摘要
现有超级电容单体额定电压值普遍较低(仅2.7 V左右),在实际工程中,通常需要大量单体串、并联,若某个单体出现问题就会影响整个系统正常工作。超级电容作为新型的储能元件,目前可靠度相关研究较少。以可靠性数学为基础,推导出2种不同连接方式下超级电容储能系统可靠度计算公式;同时,给出可靠度预测仪硬件、软件设计方案;最后,针对2种不同连接方式的可靠度预测值进行分析对比。
The rated voltage of the existing super-capacitors is generally low(only about 2.7 V).In practical projects,many super-capacitors are usually required to be connected in series or parallel.If a single unit has a problem,it will affect the regular operation of the whole system.As a new energy storage element,the reliability of supercapacitor is rarely studied.This paper deduces the reliability calculation formula for a super-capacitor energy storage system under two different connection modes based on reliability mathematics.At the same time,the hardware and software designs of the reliability predictor are given.Finally,the data of the reliability predictor is analyzed and compared under two different connection modes.
