摘要
“互联网+教育”是一种新型教育形式,在后疫情时代为培养“不离乡、懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的乡村人才提供了重要的路径。通过对省哲学社会科学规划课题“‘互联网+教育’助力乡村人才振兴的策略研究”的研究调查,得出乡村人才现状不容乐观,主要表现为乡村空心化导致乡村人才数量不足、缺乏特色产业与新型产业对各类人才的吸引力、人才培养机制不健全等。基于问卷调查数据,提出了以下对策和建议:运用“互联网+教育”模式大规模培养乡村人才,弥补农业农村现代化发展的人才短板;借鉴“互联网+教育”模式探索新型便捷的乡村人才培养模式;各级政府应高度重视“互联网+教育”人才培养模式。
“Internet+education”is a new form of education,which provides an important path choice for cultivating rural talents who“stay in their hometown,understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers”in the post-epidemic era.Through the research and investigation of the provincial philosophical and social planning project“Strategic Research on‘Internet+Education’to Help the Revitalization of Rural Talents”,it is concluded that the current situation of rural talents is not optimistic,which is mainly reflected in the lack of rural talents due to the hollowing out of villages,the lack of attraction of characteristic industries and new industries to various talents,and the imperfect talent training mechanism.Based on the questionnaire survey data,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of using the“Internet+education”mode to cultivate rural talents on a large scale to make up for the shortage of talents in the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas,exploring new and convenient rural talents training mode by using the“Internet+education”mode for reference,and suggesting that governments at all levels should attach great importance to the“Internet+education”mode of talent training.
