摘要
党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策部署,在推动乡村振兴的伟大事业中离不开人才的支撑。基于此,研究以马克思主义人才观为指导思想,着眼于乡村振兴中人才支撑作用的逻辑思路、对现实情况和实现路径开展研究。在厘清乡村振兴和人才支撑涵义的基础上,根据乡村振兴战略的实施情况和乡村人才发展规律,进一步分析乡村振兴中人才支撑作用的实际情况,分析相关制约因素及存在的问题。研究提出以下促进乡村振兴中人才支撑作用的现实路径,坚持马克思主义人才观、提升人力资源开发力度、加强乡村人才队伍建设、完善乡村人才配置体制机制等。
The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The supporting function of talents plays an essential role in the great process of promoting rural revitalization.Guided by the Marxist conception of talents,based on the logic that talents plays a supporting role in rural revitalization,this paper studies actual situation and implementation path of rural revitalization.On the basis of clarifying the concept of rural revitalization and talent support,according to the implementation status of rural revitalization strategy and the law of rural talent training and development,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the role of talent support in rural revitalization,and the relevant constraints and existing problems.The study proposes the following implementation path to effectively play the role of talent support in rural revitalization,which includes adhering to Marxist concept of talents,enhancing the development of human resources,strengthening the construction of rural talents,and improving the allocating mechanism for rural talents,etc.
