摘要
目的:探讨阶梯式康复护理对化脓性脑膜炎患儿症状改善的影响。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年8月南通大学附属医院收治的化脓性脑膜炎患儿68例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予阶梯式康复护理干预。比较两组患儿意识恢复正常时间及住院时间、症状消失时间、后遗症发生率。结果:观察组意识恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组体温恢复时间、外周白细胞恢复时间、脑脊液白细胞恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组后遗症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:阶梯式康复护理能快速改善化脓性脑膜炎患儿症状,减少住院时间,降低后遗症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of step rehabilitation nursing on symptom improvement of children with suppurative meningitis.Methods:A total of sixty-eight children with suppurative meningitis admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given step rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The time of consciousness returning to normal,the time of hospitalization,the time of symptom disappearance and the incidence of sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of consciousness recovery and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The temperature recovery time,peripheral white blood cell recovery time and cerebrospinal fluid white blood cell recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of sequelae in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:Step rehabilitation nursing can quickly improve the symptoms of children with suppurative meningitis,reduce the length of hospital stay,and reduce the risk of sequelae.
