摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术探析国家专利中药复方治疗神经根型颈椎病的配伍特点。方法检索国家专利数据库中治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药复方,应用统计学方法进行相关频次统计、关联规则、系统聚类及潜在集群分析。结果共纳入专利数据306条,治疗多从肝肾论治,用药辛温、甘平为主。发现高频药物有葛根、川芎、当归等,常用角药如桃仁-川芎-当归等,聚类组合如“乳香、没药、三七”等,潜在集群如“游草-走马风-马尾伸筋草-珍珠露水草-百眼藤”等。结论国家专利中药复方治疗神经根型颈椎病以阴阳为纲,治气治血兼顾,以祛风散邪、益气活血、补肝益肾为主要治法。
Objective To investigate the compatibility characteristics of national patent compound prescription of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy using the data mining technology.Methods The compound prescription of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was retrieved in the National Patent Database,and the related frequency statistics,association rules,systematic clustering and potential cluster analysis were conducted by statistical methods.Results A total of 306 patent data were included,and the treatment was mostly based on liver and kidney treatment,with drugs with sweet and mild or pungent and warm natures as the main medication.It was found that drugs used with high frequency included Pueraria lobata,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis,commonly used triangular drugs included peach kernel-Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,cluster combinations included"frankincense,myrrh,pseudo-ginseng",and potential clusters included"Herb of Clubhead Cutgrass-Herb of Laciniate Blumea-Lycopodium fargesii Hert.-root of Arachnoid Cyanotis-Littleleaf Indianmulberry Herb".Conclusion National patent compound prescription of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy takes Yin and Yang as the outline,treating both Qi and blood,and expelling wind and evil,invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation,and tonifying liver and kidney.The methods mentioned above were the main treatment methods.
