摘要
孙思邈所著《千金方》堪称我国第一部医学百科全书,对后世产生深远影响。本文对《千金方》中热病取穴的规律和配伍特点进行了深入的分析和探讨,并解读了孙思邈治疗热病的取穴与三焦证治、六经证治及脏腑证治中的辨证关系,以期传承中医学术、提高临床疗效。
SUN Simiao’s Qian Jin Fang can be called the first medical encyclopedia in China,which has a far-reaching impact on later generations.In this paper,the regularity of acupoint selection and the characteristics of compatibility for heat disease in the Qian Jin Fang are analyzed and discussed,and SUN Simiao’s acupoint selection and the syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao,Liujing and Zangfu are also explained,in order to inherit the academic of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the clinical efficacy.
