矿用隔爆型外转子永磁直驱电动机电磁设计及水冷系统分析 被引量:2

Electromagnetic Design and Analysis of Water-cooling System of Flameproof Outer Rotor Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Motor for Mining Use

摘要 针对传统煤矿带式输送机采用异步电动机与减速机配合驱动滚筒而带来的效率低、体积大、安全性差和占地面积大等问题,设计了一种将电动机与滚筒融为一体的矿用隔爆型外转子永磁直驱电动机。以75 kW外转子永磁电动机为研究对象,对其电磁设计参数选取、极槽配合以及磁极结构进行了分析与设计,建立了该电动机二维有限元模型并进行电磁场仿真计算。采用场路相结合算法结合有限元法,分析计算了电动机的定子铜耗、定子铁耗、永磁体涡流损耗、杂散损耗和风摩耗。设计了一种新型水路冷却结构,用三维温度场仿真法计算得到了电动机各部位的温度分布状态。仿真分析结果和实际温升实验数据都验证了所设计的冷却水路结构和电磁设计的有效性。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, big volume, poor safety and large occupation area caused by traditional mine belt conveyor driving drum with induction motor and reducer, a flameproof outer rotor permanent magnet direct drive motor(OR-PMDDM) for mining use is designed, which integrates motor and drum. Taking the 75 kW outer rotor permanent magnet motor as the research object, the electromagnetic design parameter selection, pole and slot combination and magnetic pole structure are analyzed and designed. A two-dimensional finite element model of the motor is established and electromagnetic field simulation calculation is performed. The calculation method of field-circuit combination is used to calculate the copper loss, iron loss, permanent magnet eddy current loss, stray loss and windage and friction loss of the motor. A novel water cooling structure is designed,and the temperature distribution of each position of the motor is obtained through three-dimensional temperature field simulation calculation. The simulation results and temperature rise experiment data verified the effectiveness of the proposed water-cooling structure and electromagnetic design.
