摘要
针对传统矿井提升机维护量大、传动效率低、设备安装占地面积大、能耗高、基建投资较大等问题,研发出永磁内装式矿井提升机技术。对永磁内装式提升机原理及其关键技术进行了深入研究,研制出的工业化设备经过专家论证,达到国际先进水平。通过永磁内装式提升机与传统矿井提升机在使用过程中关键参数指标的对比发现,永磁内装式提升机几乎在所有参数上都占有优势,更加节能高效,可促进智慧矿山建设。
Aiming at the existing problems of the traditional mine hoist, such as large amount of maintenance, low transmission efficiency, large area occupied by equipment installed, high energy consumption, large investment in infrastructure, this paper put forward the application technology of the permanent magnet internal mounted mine hoist, studied the principle composition and key technologies of the permanent magnet internal mounted mine hoist, achieved world class level through experts’ argumentation. By comparing the key parameters between the permanent magnet internal mounted mine hoist and the traditional mine hoist in the process of application, the permanent magnet internal mounted mine hoist had advantages in almost all parameters, and was more energy efficient and high-effective. It can promote the establishment of intelligent mine.
