摘要 随着中国高等职业教育的发展,高职院校经过规模发展与质量提升,已逐步进入新发展阶段。分析提质培优大背景下高职院校行政人员和行政工作的特点,深层次探索分析高职院校行政人员职业倦怠的成因,并提出解决职业倦怠的对策和方法,以期提升高职院校行政人员的职业自豪感、成就感和归属感,为高职院校高效运转和规范发展提供有效的人力资源保障,助力高等职业教育提质培优。 With the development of China s higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges have gradually entered a new stage of development after scale development and quality improvement.It analyzes the characteristics of administrative staff and administrative work in higher vocational colleges under the background of improving quality,deeply explores and analyzes the causes of job burnout of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures and methods to solve job burnout,with a view to improving the professional pride,sense of achievement and sense of belonging of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges,providing effective human resources guarantee for efficient operation and standardized development of higher vocational colleges,and improving the quality of higher vocational education.
