摘要
目的:本研究对泉州市安溪县存在过敏性疾病的600例患儿实施过敏原特异性IgE定量检测分析,并对其临床意义进行探讨,以为临床儿童过敏性疾病的治疗及预防提供准确的依据。方法:使用Phadia250全自动体外荧光免疫分析系统进行检测,对比不同性别及年龄段患儿的检测结果。结果:检测结果显示,在食物性过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是蛋白(29.67%),其次分别为牛奶(21.17%)、蟹(19.33%)、虾(18.00%)等;在室内过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是户尘螨(25.33%),其次分别为粉尘螨(21.17%)、德国小蠊(15.33%)等;在室外过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是普通桦树(8.50%),其次分别是普通豚草(7.67%)、百幕达草(5.33%)等。单独混合项目:在食物性过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是以蛋白质为主的食物混合Ⅱ(34.67%);在室内过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是屋尘混合(31.17%);在室外过敏原检测项目中检出率最高是树花粉混合(13.67%);经检测可见4个年龄段患儿的检测项目中仅蛋白的过敏检测率对比,差异存在统计学意义(t=14.052,P<0.05),同时随着年龄段的增长,小麦、虾、蟹、花生及大豆的过敏检出率呈递减趋势。结论:对过敏性疾病患儿实施特异性IgE定量检测分析,能够有效地识别过敏原,以采取针对性的治疗及预防。
Objective:This study carried out quantitative detection and analysis of allergen-specific IgE in 600 children with allergic diseases in Anxi County,Quanzhou City,and discussed its clinical significance,so as to provide accurate basis for the treatment and prevention of allergic diseases in children.Methods:Phadia 250 automatic in vitro fluorescence immunoassay system was used for detection,and the detection results of children of different sexes and ages were compared.Results:The highest detection rate of food allergens was protein(29.67%),followed by milk(21.17%),crab(19.33%)and shrimp(18.00%);Among the indoor allergen detection items,the highest detection rate was household dust mite(25.33%),followed by dust mite(21.17%)and German cockroach(15.33%);Among the outdoor allergen detection items,the highest detection rate is common birch(8.50%),followed by common ragweed(7.67%),and bermuda grass(5.33%).Separate mixed items:the highest detection rate of food allergen detection items is protein-based food mixture II(34.67%);Among the indoor allergen detection items,the highest detection rate is the house dust mixture(31.17%);Among the outdoor allergen detection items,the highest detection rate is tree pollen mixture(13.67%);It can be seen from the test that only the allergy detection rate of protein in the test items of children of four age groups is statistically significant(t=14.052,P<0.05).At the same time,the allergy detection rate of wheat,shrimp,crab,peanut and soybean shows a downward trend with the growth of age groups.Conclusion:The quantitative detection and analysis of specific IgE in children with allergic diseases can effectively identify allergens and take targeted treatment and prevention.
