摘要
目的:分析多模态磁共振指导下AIS的疗康养一体化方案的应用价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2021年12月我中心收治的30例AIS患者作为对照组,采用常规治疗手段;2022年1月—2022年6月收治的30例AIS患者作为研究组,采用疗康养一体化方案,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:出院时及出院后6个月研究组生活自理能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);出院时及出院后6个月研究组生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组预后不良率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在多模态磁共振指导下,对AIS患者制定治疗、康复、后续疗养的疗养康一体化治疗路径,科学系统地进行诊治,临床效果明显,患者预后良好。
Objective:To analyze the application value of the integrated treatment,health and rehabilitation program of AIS under the guidance of multimodal magnetic resonance.Methods:Select 30 patients with AIS admitted to our center from July 2021 to December 2021 as the control group,and use conventional treatment;From January 2022 to June 2022,30 patients with AIS were treated as the study group,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared by adopting the integrated treatment,health and rehabilitation program.Results: The self-care ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the time of discharge and 6 months after discharge( P <0.05);The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the time of discharge and 6 months after discharge( P <0.05);The poor prognosis rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion: Under the guidance of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging, the integrated treatment path of treatment, rehabilitation and follow-up recuperation for AIS patients is formulated, and the diagnosis and treatment are carried out scientifically and systematically. The clinical effect is obvious and the prognosis of patients is good.
