摘要
目的探讨高压氧舱内运动想象对缺血性脑卒中神经功能恢复的疗效分析.方法选取我院2020年12月—2021年12月收治的60例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30).对照组采用常规的康复治疗及高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用氧舱内运动想象训练,治疗6周.对比治疗前、治疗6周后两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分.结果治疗前,两组NIHSS、FMA和MBI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗6周后,治疗组的NIHSS评分为(11.17±1.42)分,低于对照组的(12.23±1.68)分,FMA、MBI评分分别为(89.27±3.71)分、(54.67±5.56)分,均高于对照组的(86.87±3.86)分、(50.00±5.41)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高压氧舱内运动想象可明显改善患者神经功能和运动能力,提高生活质量.
Objective To explore motor imagination training in hyperbaric oxygen chamber on neurological function in ischemic stroke.Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the observation group was treated with motor imagery training in the oxygen chamber on the basis of the control group for 6 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIHSS,FMA and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was(11.17±1.42)points,which was lower than(12.23±1.68)points of the control group,and the FMA and MBI scores were(89.27±3.71)points and(54.67±5.56)points,which were higher than(86.87±3.86)points and(50.00±5.41)points of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Concentrated motor imagination in hyperbaric oxygen chamber can obviously improve the nerve function and motor ability of patients,and improve the quality of life.
