摘要
目的:分析总结十一味金色丸的配伍特点及其治疗赤巴病的核心组成成分,为组方配伍优化和临床应用实践提供思路和方法。方法:查阅《四部医典》《晶珠本草》《中华本草》《中华藏本草》《藏药晶镜本草》等藏医药典籍,整理出十一味金色丸中11味药的味、性、效和入方率,分析配伍特点;整理含有相同药材的42首常用藏药方剂,统计单味药的使用频数和药对的配伍频数。结果:11味药的药味配伍主苦、甘,药性主凉、糙,单味药味苦性凉者居多,功效以主治清热、“赤巴”型疾病居多;三化味中苦占51.1%、甘占33.3%、酸占15.6%,化味苦主治“培赤”性疾病,符合《四部医典》中苦、甘两味治疗赤巴病的论述。结论:藏药诸多复方中使用了十一味金色丸中的药对,且以诃子-波棱瓜子使用频数最高,为十一味金色丸的核心组成。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the compatibility characteristics of Shiyiwei Golden Pills and its core components in the treatment of"Chiba"disease,and to provide ideas and methods for the optimization of compatibility and clinical application.Methods:According to the Tibetan medical books such as Sibu Yidian,Jingzhu Bencao,Zhonghua Bencao,Zhonghua Zangbencao,Zangyao Jingjing Bencao,the taste,properties,efficacy and prescription rate of 11 herbs in the Shiyiwei Golden Pills were sorted out,and the compatibility characteristics were analyzed.Sort out 42 commonly used Tibetan medicine prescriptions containing the same herbs,and count the frequency of use of single herbs and the frequency of compatibility of drug pairs.Results:The compatibility of of the 11 herbs were mainly bitter and sweet,and the medicinal properties were mainly cool and rough.Most of the single herbs were bitter and cool,and the efficacy was mainly to treat heat-clearing and"Chiba"diseases.Among the three tastes,bitter accounts for 51.1%,sweet accounts for 33.3%,and sour accounts for 15.6%.Bitter taste is mainly used to treat"Chiba"diseases,which is consistent with the discussion in Sibu Yidian that bitter and sweet are used to treat"Chiba"diseases.Conclusion:The drug pairs in Shiyiwei Golden Pills are used in many Tibetan medicine compounds,and Hezi(Terminalia chebula Retz.)-Boleng Guazi(Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.)is the most frequently used,which is the core component of Shiyiwei Golden Pills.
