摘要
目的:藏药十一味金色丸系藏医临床治疗赤巴病的常用藏成药。综述其方剂来源,考察方剂配伍特点与临床功效关系。方法:文献法、综述法。结果:查阅藏医药古籍文献,发现十一味金色丸有6处方剂来源,共涉及20味药材,且味主甘、苦、辛,消化后味即“三化味”主甘、苦。藏医理论认为化味之甘味治疗隆病、赤巴病,化味之苦味治疗培根病、赤巴病,6处方剂来源的药味组成虽有不同,但均以治赤巴病为主。结论:方剂配伍理论独特而神秘,是藏医药学的重要组成部分。本研究为阐释方剂的配伍规律、发展藏药配伍理论提供思路和依据。
Objective:The Tibetan medicine Shiyiwei Golden Pill is a commonly used Tibetan medicine in clinical treatment of Chiba disease in Tibetan medicine.This paper reviews the source of its prescriptions,and investigates the relationship between the compatibility characteristics and clinical efficacy.Methods:Literature method,summary method.Results:Based on the ancient Tibetan medical literature,it was found that there were 6 prescription sources for the Eleven Flavor Golden Pill,involving 20 medicinal materials in total,and the tastes were sweet,bitter and bitter.The digested taste was the"three changed taste",which was sweet and bitter.According to the Tibetan medical theory,the sweet flavor of the six prescriptions is used to treat Longbing disease and Chiba disease,while the bitter flavor of the six prescriptions is used to treat Bacon disease and Chiba disease.Although the ingredients of the six prescriptions are different,they are mainly used to treat Chiba disease.Conclusion:The theory of prescription compatibility is unique and mysterious,which is an important part of Tibetan medicine.This study provides ideas and basis for explaining the compatibility law of prescription and developing the compatibility theory of Tibetan medicine.
