摘要
本文聚焦于新型基础设施建设作用于地区创新绩效的理论机理、空间规律及影响效应。以2010—2020年长三角41个城市为研究对象,利用空间杜宾模型、面板门槛模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)新型基础设施建设有助于地区创新绩效提升,且对地区创新绩效的影响会随着创新水平的提升呈现“倒U型”变化趋势;(2)长三角地区创新绩效具有显著的正空间外部性和动态化正向连续性特征;在不同的空间权重矩阵中,新型基础设施建设的溢出效应均显著为正,相较于直接效应,空间溢出效应对创新绩效的提升发挥了更强的推动作用;(3)新型基础设施建设与地区创新绩效间存在基于地区吸收能力的单门槛效应。本研究有助于厘清新型基础设施建设与地区创新绩效之间的关系,为推动地区创新发展提供有益启示。
This paper focuses on the theoretical mechanism,spatial rules and impact effects of new infrastructure construction on regional innovation performance.Taking 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2020 as the research object,the spatial Dubin model and panel threshold model are used for empirical testing.The results show that:(1)new infrastructure construction is conducive to the improvement of regional innovation performance,and the impact of new infrastructure construction on regional innovation performance will show an"inverted U"trend with the improvement of innovation level;(2)The innovation performance in the Yangtze River Delta region is characterized by significant positive spatial externalities and dynamic positive continuity.In different spatial weight matrices,the spillover effect of new infrastructure construction is significantly positive.Compared with the direct effect,the spatial spillover effect plays a stronger role in promoting innovation performance;(3)There is a single threshold effect based on regional absorptive capacity between new infrastructure construction and regional innovation performance.This study will help clarify the relationship between new infrastructure construction and regional innovation performance,and provide useful inspiration for promoting regional innovation development.
