摘要
目的:系统评价百令胶囊联合血管紧张素受体阻滞药(ARB)治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法:检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc),收集百令胶囊联合ARB对比单用ARB治疗CGN的随机对照试验(RCT),检索从数据库建库至2020年4月21日的所有文献,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。共纳入15项RCT,总计1 348例患者,其中观察组(百令胶囊联合ARB)679例,对照组(单用ARB)669例。结果:Meta分析结果表明,观察组较对照组治疗总有效率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(OR=3.90,95%CI为2.74~5.57,Z=7.53,P<0.000 01);另外,2组肾功能改善比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。同时2组均未见明显的不良反应。结论:对于CGN的治疗,在常规治疗的基础上百令胶囊联合ARB较单用ARB临床疗效更好,安全性更好。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bailing Capsule combined with angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),Chinese Citation Database(CCD)and China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc)were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Bailing Capsule combined with ARB was compared with ARB alone in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.The retrieval time was from the inception of the databases to April 21,2020.The relevant articles were analyzed by RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 15 RCTs were included,involving 1348 patients,with 679 in observation group(Bailing Capsule combined with ARB)and 669 in control group(ARB alone).The Meta-analysis revealed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(OR=3.90,95%CI 2.74 to 5.57,Z=7.53,P<0.00001).Additionally,there was a significant difference in renal function improvement between the two groups(P<0.00001).No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:Bailing Capsule combined with ARB is more effective and safer than ARB alone in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis on the basis of routine treatment.
