摘要
目的探讨肢体低频脉冲电疗法联合早期康复训练对脑卒中患者神经功能及肢体功能的影响。方法 前瞻性选取2019年1月~2021年12月新疆医科大学第五附属医院收治的170例脑卒中患者,随机数表法分为观察组(85例)和对照组(85例)。对照组给予早期康复训练,观察组给予早期康复训练联合肢体低频脉冲电疗。对比两组临床疗效、神经缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、肢体功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)]及血清髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)、S100β、神经生长因子(NGF)水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为87.06%,高于对照组72.94%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗4周后,两组NIHSS评分均明显降低,ADL评分、FMA评分、BBS评分显著升高,血清MBP、S100β水平降低,而血清NGF水平升高,且治疗后两组上述指标均差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肢体低频脉冲电疗法联合早期康复训练可显著改善脑卒中患者神经功能,提高日常生活能力,促进肢体功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effects of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with early rehabilitation training on neurological function and limb function in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 170 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(85 cases)and control group(85 cases).The control group was given early rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation training combined with low-frequency pulse electrotherapy.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit degree[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],ability of daily living scale(ADL)score,limb function[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS)]and serum myelin basic protein(MBP),S100β,nerve growth factor(NGF)were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 87.06%,which was higher than control group 72.94%(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,NIHSS score was significantly decreased(P<0.05),ADL score,FMA score and BBS score were significantly increased(P<0.05),serum MBP and S100βlevels were decreased(P<0.05),while serum NGF level was increased(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the above indexes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with early rehabilitation training can significantly improve the neurological function of stroke patients,improve the ability of daily living,and promote the recovery of limb function.
