摘要
为摸底厦门市现制现售茶饮料的质量情况,此次抽检了80批次现制现售茶饮品,覆盖了思明区、湖里区、集美区、海沧区、翔安区和同安区共43家饮品店,其中有15批次产品不合格,总体抽检合格率为81.25%。结果显示现制现售茶饮料的质量参差不齐,添加色素的情况较为严重,亟待相关检测标准的出台来约束和规范产品质量。
In order to find out the quality of tea drinks made and sold in Xiamen,80 batches of tea drinks made and sold in Xiamen were sampled,covering a total of 43 beverage stores in Siming district,Huli district,Jimei district,Haicang district,Xiang'an district and Tong'an district,among which 15 batches of products were unqualified,the overall qualified rate of sample inspection was 81.25%.The results showed that the quality of tea drinks made and sold on the spot was uneven,and the situation of adding pigment was serious.It is urgent to introduce relevant testing standards to restrict and regulate the quality of products.
