摘要
随着我国老龄化进程的加快,满足老年人多方面的饮食需求是我国老龄化事业健康发展的关键。目前我国预制菜行业高速发展,但是同质化严重,缺少对老年人群体开发的预制菜品系。本文综述了预制菜的国内外发展现状,分析我国目前的养老发展形式以及老年人的饮食需求,探讨了老年预制菜的未来发展方向,希望为预制菜未来的进一步发展提供参考。
With the acceleration of the aging process in China,meeting the various dietary needs of the elderly is the key to the healthy development of the aging cause in China.At present,the prefabricated food industry in China is developing rapidly,but the homogeneity is serious,and there is a lack of prefabricated food lines developed for the elderly.This paper summarizes the development status of prefabricated dishes at home and abroad,analyzes the current development forms of elderly care in China and the dietary needs of the elderly,and discusses the future development direction of prefabricated dishes for the elderly,hoping to provide reference for the further development of prefabricated dishes.
