摘要
目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在儿童不同时期耳鼻咽喉疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月山东省济宁市兖州区人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的96例耳鼻咽喉疾病患儿为研究对象。均进行电子鼻咽喉镜检查,统计不同时期患儿的疾病检出结果。结果96例中腺样体肥大40例,鼻窦炎35例,声带小结21例,检出率为41.67%、36.46%、21.88%。26例婴幼儿中腺样体肥大11例、鼻窦炎10例、声带小结5例;30例学龄前患儿中腺样体肥大9例、鼻窦炎10例、声带小结11例;40例学龄期患儿中腺样体肥大20例、鼻窦炎15例、声带小结5例;其中婴幼儿及学龄期患儿中腺样体肥大最多,学龄前患儿中声带小结最多。结论儿童耳鼻咽喉疾病以腺样体肥大为主,应用电子鼻咽喉镜诊断,疾病检出率较高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of electronic nasopharyngoscope in the diagnosis otolaryngological diseases in children at different periods.Methods A total of 96 children with otolaryngological diseases admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Yanzhou District People’s Hospital of Jining,Shandong Province from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.All children underwent electronic nasopharyngoscopy,and the disease detection results of children in different periods were counted.Results Among the 96 cases,40 cases of adenoid hypertrophy,35 cases of sinusitis,21 cases of vocal nodules,the detection rates were 41.67%,36.46%,21.88%.Among the 26 infants,11 cases of adenoid hypertrophy,10 cases of sinusitis,5 cases of vocal nodules.Among the 30 preschool children,9 cases of adenoid hypertrophy,10 cases of sinusitis,11 cases of vocal nodules.Among the 40 school-age children,20 cases of adenoid hypertrophy,15 cases of sinusitis,5 cases of vocal nodules.Among them,adenoid hypertrophy was the most in infants and school-age children,and vocal nodules were the most in preschool children.Conclusion Adenoid hypertrophy is the main type of otolaryngological diseases in children.The detection rate of disease by electronic nasopharyngoscope is high.
