摘要 三河发电公司为了提高冬季供热能力,进行了汽轮机低压缸零出力改造。改造后,低压缸不再进蒸汽做功,只通过新增旁路管道通入少量的冷却蒸汽,用于带走切除低压缸进汽后低压转子转动产生的鼓风热量。低压缸零出力提高机组供热能力;可提高机组深度调峰能力;机组冷源损失接近于零;能源综合利用水平得到有效提高,节约全社会煤炭消耗量,减少大气污染物和二氧化碳气体排放。改造当年产生了明显的经济效益。同时总结了低压缸末级叶片热应力变化、鼓风温度增加,循环水塔结冰,除氧器出口溶氧增加等问题,并提出了解决措施。 In order to boost the capacity of the central heating system,Sanbe Power Company carryed out the zero output transform for the low pressure cylinder.After revamping,the low pressure cylinder does not work,only a small amount of cooling steam is injected through the new bypass pipe,to take away the blast heat produced by the high speed rotation of the low pressure rotor blade.After zero output operation of the low pressure cylinder,the heating capacity of the unit is improved,and the peak shaving capacity of the units electric load is reduced to 30% at the same time;The comprehensive utilization ratio of energy is 20-25% higher than before,which saves coal consumption,reduces the emission of air pollutants and carbon dioxide gas,and produces obvious economic benefits in the same year of transformation.This paper summarizes the actual change of thermal stress and blast temperature of the blade at the end of low pressure eylinder,summarizes the problems of icing of circulating water tower,the outlet high dissolved oxygen and overflow problem of the Deaerator after revamping,and puts forward some solutions.
