摘要
以某汽车尾灯罩的翘曲变形量为主要优化目标,应用Moldflow软件,采用稳健设计的方法,结合随形冷却水道设计,对汽车尾灯罩注塑工艺参数进行优化,确定模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、冷却时间、速度/压力转换作为参数,得到了各工艺参数的最优组合为:模具温度75℃,熔体温度250℃,注射时间1.8 s,冷却时间12.0 s,速度/压力转换100%。结合随形冷却水道的设计模拟优化后,翘曲变形量由最初的0.4118 mm优化为0.1544 mm,翘曲变形量减少了62.51%,说明稳健设计方法结合随形冷却水道设计对提升复杂零部件产品质量起到了重要作用。
The warpage deformation of automobile taillight shade was used as the main optimization goal to optimize the injection mold process parameters by Moldflow software and robust design method combined with the design of the conformal cooling channel.The mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,cooling time,velocity/pressure(V/P)conversion were taken as experimental parameters to obtain the optimal combination as follows:the mold temperature is 75℃,melt temperature is 250℃,injection time is 1.8 s,cooling time is 12.0 s,V/P conversion is 100%.The warpage deformation value after the conformal cooling channel optimization and simulation is decreased from the original 0.4118 mm to 0.1544 mm,reduced by 62.51%.The results show that the robust design method combined with the design of the conformal cooling channel play an important role in improving the product quality of complex parts.
