摘要
根据电子插柱塑件薄壁精密注塑的成型要求,设计了一副两板冷流道模具用于塑件的成型。模具设计中,为保证塑件的成型精度,采取了5项措施:运用CAE分析技术优化了模腔的最佳浇口,获得了优化的浇注系统,优化后的浇注系统成型工艺参数为:熔体温度为309.7℃、模具温度为92.22℃、注射时间为0.4335 s、成型质量分数为0.90。强化排气措施,开设了6条排气通道,避免了薄壁困气问题的产生。进行了合理模具结构布置,减小塑件的脱模力,防止脱模变形,塑件最大变形为0.1944 mm。优化了成型件设计,通过调整成型件材料的刚度、寿命及装配,保证了模具寿命可达100万次。
According to the molding requirements of thin-walled precision injection molding of electronic plug plastic parts,a pair of two-plate cold runner molds was designed for the molding of plastic parts.In the mold design,in order to ensure the molding accuracy of the plastic parts,five measures were taken:the optimal gate of the mold cavity was optimized by using the CAE analysis technology,and the optimized gating system was obtained.The optimized gating system molding process parameters were:melting temperature was 309.7℃,the mold temperature was 92.22℃,the injection time was 0.4335 s,and the molding mass fraction was 0.90.The exhaust measures were strengthened,and 6 exhaust channels were opened to prevent the problem of air trapping in thin walls.A reasonable mold structure arrangement was carried out to reduce the demoulding force of the plastic parts to prevent the demoulding deformation,and the maximum deformation of the plastic parts was 0.1944 mm.The design of the molded part is optimized,and the life of the mold can be up to 1 million times from the perspective of the material stiffness life of the molded part and the assembly.
