摘要
目的:观察以整体护理为基础的个性化护理在结直肠癌化疗后白细胞降低患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例结直肠癌化疗后白细胞降低的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者实施以整体护理为基础的个性化护理,对照组患者实施常规护理模式,比较2组患者护理有效率、治疗依从性以及满意度。结果:观察组患者护理有效率、治疗依从性以及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以整体护理为基础的个性化护理无论是在护理有效率、治疗依从性,还是患者对护理的满意度方面都更值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of personalized nursing based on holistic care in patients with leucopenia after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. Methods 80 patients with leucopenia after colorectal cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases, personalized nursing based on holistic nursing) and control group(40 cases, the routine nursing model),the nursing efficacy rate, treatment compliance and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results In above three mentioned items observation group was all higher than control group(all, P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized nursing based on holistic care is more worthy of clinical promotion and application, especially, in terms of nursing efficacy rate, treatment compliance, and patients’ satisfaction degree on nursing.
