摘要
目的构建行化学治疗(简称“化疗”)的结直肠癌患者病情相关精细化护理策略,并探讨应用效果。方法纳入徐州医科大学附属医院于2021年3月至2023年3月收治的100例结直肠癌患者,使用计算器随机法分别纳入观察组和对照组,各50例。2组均接受常规综合护理,构建病情相关精细化护理策略并应用于观察组患者,对比2组的干预效果。结果观察组在化疗期间的不良反应总发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。化疗3个月和6个月后,2组的免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M水平均较化疗前下降(P均<0.05),但观察组均较对照组更高(P均<0.05)。化疗6个月后,2组的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均较化疗前降低,肿瘤患者生活质量核心问卷各维度评分均较化疗前提高(P均<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论病情相关精细化护理策略能够降低行化疗的结直肠癌患者的化疗不良反应发生率,改善其免疫功能、心理状态和生活质量。
Objective To construct refined nursing strategies related to the condition of colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and to explore their application effect.Methods A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group using a calculator,each with 50 patients.Both groups received routine comprehensive nursing,and the refined nursing strategies related to the disease condition were constructed and applied to the patients in the observation group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of chemotherapy,the levels of immunoglobulin G,A,and M in both groups decreased compared with the pre-chemotherapy levels(P<0.05),but the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of chemotherapy,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups decreased,and the scores in all dimensions of the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 increased compared with the scores before chemotherapy(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing strategies related to the condition of colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and improve their immune function,psychological state,and quality of life.
