摘要
目的分析风湿骨痛片联合双氯芬酸钠片治疗退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法110例退行性骨关节炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为中药组与双氯芬酸钠组,各55例。双氯芬酸钠组患者使用双氯芬酸钠片治疗,中药组在双氯芬酸钠组基础上使用风湿骨痛片治疗。对比两组治疗前后膝关节功能评分、疼痛情况、中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,中药组Lysholm评分(91.11±5.24)分高于双氯芬酸钠组的(76.38±6.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组治疗总有效率94.55%高于双氯芬酸钠组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.05±0.12)分低于双氯芬酸钠组的(4.94±0.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组中医证候积分(1.36±0.11)分低于双氯芬酸钠组的(2.06±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对退行性骨关节炎患者,采用风湿骨痛片联合双氯芬酸钠片治疗能取得满意效果,可有效改善患者机体疼痛感及膝关节功能,建议推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fengshi Gutong tablets combined with diclofenac sodium tablets in the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 110 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis were studied and divided into Chinese medicine group and diclofenac sodium group according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.Diclofenac sodium group was treated with diclofenac sodium tablets,and Chinese medicine group was treated with Fengshi Gutong tablets on the basis of diclofenac sodium group.The knee function score and pain before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Lysholm score(91.11±5.24)points in the Chinese medicine group was higher than(76.38±6.37)points in the diclofenac sodium group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was 94.55%,which was higher than 76.36%in the diclofenac sodium group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the Chinese medicine group was(2.05±0.12)points,which was lower than(4.94±0.11)points of the diclofenac sodium group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was(1.36±0.11)points in the Chinese medicine group,which was lower than(2.06±0.55)points in the diclofenac sodium group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis patients,Fengshi Gutong tablets combined with diclofenac sodium tablets can achieve satisfactory results.This method can effectively improve patients'body pain and knee joint function,and is recommended for promotion.
