摘要
葡萄酒产业是我国诸多地区重点扶植和大力发展的特色产业,主要原料酿酒葡萄是制约产业健康发展的重要因素之一。气象条件直接影响原料品质,对酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒生产具有决定性作用。文章介绍了气象条件、气象灾害对酿酒葡萄生长发育及品质的影响,探讨了今后的研究方向,建议加强农业气象灾害监测预警,建立酿酒葡萄生长影响因素评估体系,为提升酿酒葡萄品质,服务种植园区提供参考。
The wine industry is a characteristic industry that is supported and developed vigorously in many regions in China.As the main raw material,wine grape is one of the important factors restricting the healthy development of the industry.Meteorological conditions directly affect the quality of raw materials and play a decisive role in wine grape and wine production.This paper introduced the effects of meteorological conditions and disasters on the growth and quality of wine grape,and discussed the future research direction.In order to provide reference for improving the quality of wine grape and serving the planting parks,it was suggested to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of agricultural meteorological disasters and establish the evaluation system of influencing factors of wine grape growth.
