摘要
阻尼材料在抗噪声和抗振动污染中具有重要价值,合理运用阻尼材料能从源头对噪声和振动进行抑制。为了增强聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料性能,文章运用三聚氯氰制备了一种自增塑聚氯乙烯(SPVC)材料,并结合PVC塑溶胶制备改性SPVC阻尼材料。为了验证材料的性能,通过红外、核磁、热重(TG)等方法分析SPVC和阻尼材料的结构表征、增塑效果、阻尼性能。结果显示,SPVC阻尼材料的Tg较改性前有所降低,表明改性SPVC阻尼材料的内增塑效果较好。对改性SPVC阻尼材料的阻尼性能进行分析发现,tanδmax和tanδ>0.3温域值提升,同时Tg降低,证明改性PVC阻尼材料阻尼性能得到增强。在PVC阻尼材料改性中引入SPVC材料,对解决噪声和振动污染问题具有实用价值。
Damping materials have important value in anti-noise and anti-vibration pollution.Reasonable use of damping materials can suppress noise and vibration from the source.In order to improve the properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC),this paper prepares a self-plasticizing polyvinyl chlorid(SPVC)material by cyanuric chloride,and prepares the modified SPVC damping material by combining with PVC plastisol.In order to verify the properties of the materials,the structure characterization,plasticizing effect and damping properties of SPVC and damping materials are analyzed by infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance and thermogravimetric(TG).The results show that the Tg of the SPVC damping material is lower than that before the modification,which indicates that the modified SPVC damping material has better internal plasticizing effect.The damping performance of modified SPVC damping material is analyzed,and it is found that tanδmax and the temperate range value when tanδ>0.3 increase and Tg decrease,which proves that the damping property of modified PVC damping material is enhanced.The introduction of SPVC PVC material into the modification of PVC damping material has practical value in solving the problems of noise and vibration pollution.
