摘要
采用不同含量的硅烷作为添加剂,对氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)进行了改性,并对其力学性能、热性能及动态力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:相较于纯CSM,硅烷改性后的CSM在低温和室温下都具有较高的冲击强度,其中S8样品冲击强度最大为35.6 kJ/m^2;材料的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率皆随着硅烷的增加表现出不同的改变趋势,相比纯CSM,S8样品分别提高了89%和18.87%。硅烷改性后的CSM具有更好的热稳定性及较高的热变形温度,可以很好地应用于建筑物接缝材料之中。
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM)was modified with different content of silane as additives,and its mechanical properties,thermal properties and dynamic mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that:compared with pure CSM,the silane-modified CSM had higher impact strength at low temperature and room temperature,and the maximum impact strength of S8 sample was 35.6 kJ/m^2;the tensile strength and elongation at break of the material all showed different changing trends with the increase of silane.Compared with pure CSM,S8 samples increased by 89%and 18.87%,respectively.The silane-modified CSM had better thermal stability and higher heat distortion temperature,and can be well used in building joint materials.
