基于零序功率比的灵活接地系统故障选线方法 被引量:16

摘要 针对灵活接地系统高阻接地故障选线困难的问题,提出一种基于零序功率比的配电网接地故障选线方法。根据灵活接地系统单相接地故障等效电路,分析中性点并联小电阻投入前后健全线路和故障线路零序有功与零序无功的变化特性,计算并联小电阻投入前后健全线路与故障线路的零序功率比及零序功率比变化倍数,健全线路零序功率比变化倍数近似为1,而故障线路零序功率比变化倍数远小于1,两者差异显著。仿真结果表明,所提方法选线准确率高,抗过渡电阻能力强,具有较好的抗噪性和适应性。 Aimed at the problem of difficulty in line selection under the high-impedance ground fault of a flexible grounding system,a line selection method for the ground fault of distribution network based on zero-sequence power ratio is proposed.According to the single-phase ground fault equivalent circuit of the flexible grounding system,the change characteristics of sound line and zero-sequence reactive power of the fault line before and after the neutral point parallel small resistance input were analyzed,and the zero-sequence power ratio and zero-sequence power ratio change multiple of the sound line and the faulty line before and after the parallel small resistor input were calculated,the change multiple of the zero-sequence power ratio of the sound line was approximately one,while the change factor of the zero-sequence power ratio of the faulty line was much less than one,and the difference between the two was significant.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high line selection accuracy,strong anti-transition resistance ability,and good noise immunity and adaptability.
