竖向隔板对泵站前池进水流态影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 泵站前池水流的稳定流态对保证泵站的安全稳定运行具有重要意义,同时也是泵站设计建设中必须要考虑的重要因素。文章以辽绕泵站为例,用水工模型试验的方式对进水流道进口部位的有害吸气漩涡消除措施进行研究,提出在隔墙间设置竖向隔板的吸气漩涡消除整流措施。根据试验结果,建议在工程设计中将竖向隔板设置在与进水流道进口距离为24cm的部位,底板最佳高程为-2.76cm,倾角为60°。 The stable flow pattern of the forebay in pump station is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pump station,and it is also an important factor to be considered in the design and construction of the pump station.Taking Liaorao Pump Station as an example,in this paper,the removal measures of harmful suction vortex at inlet section of inlet conduit are studied by means of hydraulic model test,and the rectification measures of removing suction vortex with vertical partition walls are proposed.According to the test results,it is suggested that the vertical partition should be set at the position where the distance between the vertical partition an the inlet conduit is 24cm.Also,the optimal elevation of the bottom plate is-2.76cm and the dip angle is 60 degree.
