不同结构进口对水泵吸水池自由液面的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different inlet designs on the water surface in a pump sump

摘要 水泵吸水池是影响泵站效率和安全运行的重要构筑物,自由液面与吸水池内各种旋涡的生成、空化的发生存在很大联系。本文利用二维PIV系统对吸水池自由水面进行了定量测量,通过图像处理技术,得到了不同结构进口下自由液面的分布情况。试验结果与采用VOF两相流模型计算的结果进行了对比,数值模拟结果可以模拟收缩结构后的跌水趋势,但与试验观察到的自由水面变化具有较大的差异,这表明VOF模型在模拟具有较大波动的跌水自由液面时还存在不足。 The pump sump influences the efficiency and safe operation of a pump station and the free water surface of the sump is closely related to the formation of vortices and flow cavitaion.In this paper,the effects of different inlet designs on the free surface are investigated by use of a 2D PIV system.The variation of free surface elevation obtained by using the image processing technology shows the influence of different inlet design on the flow behavior in the pump sump.The results are compared with the simulations based on a VOF two-phase model,which shows a difference of free surface elevation except for a similar trend of surface drop caused by the inlet contraction.
