摘要
提出了一种船用钢T型焊接接头弯曲冲击性能的评价研究方法,通过落锤冲击试验进行了不同工艺参数下T型焊接接头弯曲冲击试验,确定了不同厚度T型接头的临界弯曲冲击高度.通过对临界载荷下发生断裂的T型接头进行能量分析来研究对T型接头弯曲冲击影响较大的焊接参数,利用扫描电镜分析8 mm T型焊接接头弯曲冲击后的断口形貌和形成机理,通过数值仿真来验证断裂过程和机理.研究结果表明:板厚3、6、8 mm T型接头的临界弯曲冲击高度分别为5、415、550 mm,随着板厚增加,接头弯曲冲击性能提升;在工艺评定参数范围内制成的同一厚度T型接头50°坡口角度试件弯曲冲击性能优于60°坡口角度试件;T型接头从焊缝中间区域发生断裂,随着断裂的扩展,材料韧性逐渐降低.
A method for evaluating the bending impact properties of marine steel T-welded joints is proposed.Bending impact tests of T-welded joints under different process parameters are carried out by drop hammer impact test.The critical bending impact height of T-joints with different thickness is determined.Through the energy analysis of the T-joint that breaks under the critical load,the welding parameters that have a great influence on the bending impact of the T-joint are analyzed.The fracture morphology and formation mechanism of 8 mm T-shaped welded joint after bending impact are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,and the fracture process and mechanism are verified by numerical simulation.The results show that the critical bending impact heights of 3,6,8 mm T-joints are 5 mm,415 mm and 550 mm respectively.With the increase of plate thickness,the bending impact performance of joints improves.Within the range of process evaluation parameters,the bending impact performance of the 50°groove angle specimen of T-joint with the same thickness is better than that of the 60°groove angle specimen.The T-joint breaks first from the middle area of the weld,and the toughness of the material decreases gradually with the extension of the fracture.
