摘要
中国职业教育国际话语权在国际交流合作中具有重要意义,提升职业教育国际话语权亦是新时代引领世界职业教育改革发展、构建人类命运共同体的关键。改革开放以来,中国职业教育国际话语权从无到有、由弱变强,经历了奠基、初塑、转型、成型四个阶段。从历史实践中汲取经验,转化世界职业技术教育发展大会成功举办所取得的成果,从健全完善职业教育国际交流合作的保障机制、构建推广中国特色职业教育的话语体系、优化拓展中国主导的职业教育交流合作平台、打造宣介中国职业教育故事的优质品牌四个维度来提升职业教育国际话语权。
The international discourse power of China’s vocational education is of great significance in international communication and cooperation, while promoting the international discourse power of vocational education is also the key to leading the reform and development of world vocational education and building a community with a shared future for mankind in the new era. Since the reform and opening-up, the international discourse power of China’s vocational education has grown out from nothing, from weak to strong, and has experienced four stages: foundation laying, initial shaping, transformation and shaping. By learning lessons from historical practice and transforming the achievements of World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference, we can enhance the international discourse power of vocational education from four dimensions: perfecting the guarantee mechanism for international communication and cooperation of vocational education, constructing and promoting the discourse system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics, optimizing and expanding the communication and cooperation platform of vocational education led by China, and building a high-quality brand to promote the story of China’s vocational education.
