企业中间品出口对工资的增长效应研究

The Growth Effect of Firms′ Exports of Intermediate Goods on Wages

摘要 中间品出口能够显著促进企业平均工资的增长,但企业中间品出口带来的企业工资增长效应是非对称的。总体来看,企业中间品出口对于具有较高和较低工资水平企业的促进作用更为显著,但对于中等工资水平企业的促进作用并不明显;在产业层面,实证研究证明中间品出口对企业平均工资的非对称增长效应存在,且这种非对称增长效应在一定程度上扩大了产业内的工资差距。当前,我国应进一步促进中间品部门的转型升级,建立统一完善的中间品大市场,推动中间品生产部门劳动力工资进一步提升。此外,还应加速培育创新科技型劳动力市场,引导劳动力向高端制造行业流动,以开放促改革,统筹市场和政府的力量完善收入分配格局。 The export of intermediate goods by enterprises can significantly promote the growth of enterprise average wages,but the effect of enterprise wage growth caused by the export of intermediate goods by enterprises is asymmetric. In general,the promotion effect of the export of intermediate goods by enterprises with higher and lower wage levels is more significant,but the promotion effect for middle-wage enterprises is not obvious. In the industry level,the empirical study proves the existence of the asymmetric growth effect of intermediate goods exports on the average wages of enterprises,and finds that this asymmetric growth effect widens the wage gap within the industry to a certain extent. China should improve the structure of intermediate goods market,cultivate technology-based labor market,direct labor to flow to high-end manufacturing industries,promote reform by opening up,and coordinate market and government forces to improve the income distribution pattern.
